Sudden Bill Increase

I've been happily paying around £35 a month for broadband and phone since october. Suddenly it's £43 and no word of warning. What's happening, Plusnet? Are you jacking up the prices without telling us?

A warm welcome to the forums.

Have you checked your bill break down in the user portal? What’s different this month from last? Call charges or broadband service charges? There was a recent £1 price increase.

Have you come to the end of your introductory discount minimum term?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
