'Stuck' November 2nd payments - any news?

Has anyone whose November 2nd payment got stuck in the system, with the request never reaching their bank account (as discussed in this topic https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Account-Billing/Payment-not-showing-on-Bank-Statement/td-p/1582990) heard anything more about it since January?

Do we know if Plusnet will take the payment if/when the problem is fixed or can we forget about it after all this time?

No point me opening a new ticket for mine as they just get closed because the Plusnet system is showing it as paid even though my bank statement doesn't.
