My account shows that I am doing a lot of 'streaming' during off-peak hours and even more during peak times.
I use fibre broadband for emails, general web searches and downloading information so can possibly accept the figures shown for peak but during off-peak I am definitely 'Dreaming', not 'Streaming' - any suggestions? I would have tried Plusnet support but as a wrinkly I can't afford to spend hours sitting on the phone - might have snuffed it before they reply!

Hello there,
Downloads from some sites can be misidentified as streaming occasionally so that may explain the issue.
Having said that it may be worth changing the WiFi password to make sure no unsanctioned users might be logging on to your connection.
