At 12:38 today I received two identical emails, headed
Home Phone - Your service is ready to use
At 12:40 a text message advised the same.
Username, phone number and all details are correct.
All rather odd, as my Home Phone service started in September 2013.

I've checked the account and if I'm completely honest I can't see any reason as to why you've received those emails and the text message.
There are no issues with your account and so I can only surmise that they've been sent in error. You can disregard them completely.
