Still waiting

After 3 weeks and several phone calls still waiting for phone line to be transferred from one property to another one. Currently listening to call centre music whilst being transferred around departments.

I'm sorry you've been having problems. I've had a look at this line move order for you and it looks like this should be resolved at some point tomorrow. Currently the problem is that there's a break in an underground cable that needs resolving before the orders can be completed. There's someone scheduled to go out and fix this tomorrow and once this if resolved the services should start working. The engineer that attended yesterday has noted that all the internal work is completed so once that break is fixed your services should come straight up.
