Still waiting refund

Please see question 91729387
Still waiting for a refund to be placed on my account for the lost time I incurred approx 5 weeks. Seems to be as slow as your response to sort out my loss of phone & internet connection.

I've just dealt with that and have updated ticket 94889952 with the details for you.
Apologies that was missed, I'm passing on some feedback as it was clearly marked on the ticket to make sure you were refunded for the downtime as soon as the issue was resolved.
