I contacted yourselves on the 17th July stating that i was staying and was told that the cancellation fee which i had paid (£131.89) would be refunded within 3 days. This is now day 8 and the 5th working day and it's not been refunded yet?
It's with our billing team to refund due to the amount, I'll get this chased up for you asap. Should be sorted and will return to you in the next few working days. I'm also going to re-add the contracts back on your account.
