Still waiting for support response to ticket

Can someone from Plusnet support please pickup my ticket and respond? It's https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=200407825
I seem to be being over charged for my broadband.
The last update from an advisor on the ticket was to call (a really bad idea given long wait times due to Covid19) or to respond to an email if I felt I'd been overcharged. I never got an email so have added further clarity to the ticket - which was several days ago now but still no response.
