Still waiting for 'gesture of goodwill' to be paid.

Following an almighty mess up when I transferred to Plusnet in October and was left without any connection for 2 weeks, I was offered a 'gesture of goodwill'.  Sadly, that was all that it was as it has still not been paid and all messages sent to @adamwalker regarding this have been ignored.

Really disappointing service and any faith that had been restored is now well and truly lost again.

Any suggestions?

Re: Still waiting for 'gesture of goodwill' to be paid.

After being mess around and not have my phone number for 2 weeks, offered compensation that never arrived I truly think I am wasting my time. I only wanted to post highlight to other users how poor my experience has been. Choose another provider that can provide a service.

Sorry to hear that @Roddy

We'll be more than happy to look into this and discuss a gesture of goodwill.

Am I right in saying you're referring to a mobile account? -Anoush
