In September our deal ended and started up on New tariff £18.99 but as we had line rental should have only paid £10.99.
First PlusNet got the bill wrong and in November was promised next bill would be right.
In December no money taken out contacted and told it would be sorted , Jan and Feb the same .
Just want our bill to be sorted out.To make maters worse our line rental saver as now finished.
Don't think we will be staying with them if this is not sorted out soon.
