The problems with viewing my bills has been going on for years, it seems so hit and miss if you can get the page to load,
I normally use Firefox but that throws up all sorts of problems with Bill viewing so usually have to switch to IE or Edge.
Now you seemed to have changed the way I can view my monthly credit summary of referrals, the page just attempts to open continuously in Firefox, Edge and IE...
I have tried turning off my antivirus software, Adblock and anything else that I think might block pages from loading but none make any difference.
I can remember reading many complaints about the Plusnet website years ago and it still isn't a nice experience when you have to check bills or anything else.
