Still paying more than my agreed contract renewal

Can someone please tell me why I'm still paying £10 a month more than my renewed contract? I agreed a new monthly rate of about £27 once my last contract ran out. I rang up in March and was told there was a problem with the billing department and an engineer was looking into the problem! Surely after 4 weeks this problem should have been solved?

@sd01822 they have been trying to fix the billing problem since September last year and still have no idea when it will be fixed
