Still paying a bill 2 months after broadband switch

I'm still receiving bills 2 months post broadband switch and you are taking direct debits for them.

Could you look at my last 3 payments (including my final bill) and refund as necessary please. Could you also cancel any future bills. To clarify I have not received any service from Plusnet since November.
