Still not received email for £75 mastercard as advertised

I also filled in the form two weeks ago now and haven’t received. So would be interested in the response to this query.

They say under 10 days. But they never send it, then claim they did.

It’s only by spending a lot of time complaining that they finally give in.

They fixed my problem after my many many attempts Of getting answers.
And I have just received £2 bar of chocolate in the post from plusnet, to apologise for trying to rip me off £75.

I am really sorry I missed this message, I don't know how I missed the calls you made. Could you please raise another ticket and I will be sure to keep an eye on my emails this time as I have still not received the MasterCard as of yet.

Hi I am I'm in a similar situation I am yet to receive my promised cashback after signing up back in October last year! Can this be resolved soon as possible please.
