Still no services?????

After going away for two months i returned to find my services cancelled due to banking problems
I got on the phone to plusnet yesterday and paid my oustanding balance
I was then told my service would resume within a few hours but i am still
Without phone and broadband still waiting on customer support to reply
Are plusnet always so slow or have i been forgotten about?

Had enough of this paid £12 to call customer support from my mobile
To again be told my services were now fixed and yet again im lied to!!!!
Has anyone used the post office are they any good at actually providing

I jumped ship from PN 3 months ago; took my broadband and home phone accounte to O2. So far, it's been brilliant. Doubled my broadband speed overnight and no billing hiccups. Hardest part was extricating myself from PN.

Checking your account it seems the order to re-enable your phone line should have completed today, please can you let us know if that's not the case? I'm very sorry for the delay.

Funny you just posted now, I've been looking into this for about 10 mins already. We need to chase the order with BT, please bear with me as a member of our provisioning team is on the case.

I believe one of my colleagues gave you a call earlier about this as the line needs to be reconnected.
Apologies for any confusion, as always when I pick up on these things feedback has been given as we could have spotted that the line had been stopped slightly sooner.

Depends on how PN ordered it, normally they cant place the BB order until the phone is active, then they quote 5 to 7 working days (Unfortunately)

Still the same internet authenication failed message with no atm detected on line message?
Is this somethin at my end?  Huh
