Still no internet?

My internet was cut off last week and was told on the phone it would be up and running today. Unfortunately it's still not up and running.
Can someone look into this for me?

As per my colleagues reply here http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,142129.msg1254390.html#msg1254390 it'll take around a week for the services to be back up and running. We asked you to confirm if you were happy for that to go ahead.

I phoned up last week and was told itbwould be back up running on Wednesday morning (today).
Everything seems to be going wrong because there is miscommunication between your own colleagues from different departments!
