Still no Final Bill

Hi,

 

I moved to a different provider 9th of April this month and phoned plus net to cancel my services, they agreed to waiver any fees and proceed to cancel the account as I gave notice in February, I have received emails that my account and BT Sports has been cancelled but I still have access to Bt Sports and my billing date is usually 23/24th of every month but haven't been given one.

 

Any advice what to do. Thanks

Plusnet normally generate a final bill 21 days after closure of the service.
