Still getting emails

My contract ends in June but I got a email offering a new plan. I have contacted Plusnet and already chosen a new pan a week ago can someone can confirm this. My wife and I are both disabled and the phone is our life line

have you just recontracted on your existing plan or have you changed to a new product ? If so which product ?

And many of the new products do not include a phone service ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
