Migrated my broadband and BT are still charging me line rental for my phone line however I'm also getting charged from Plusnet too has any body else had this problem?
Looks like both your phone and broadband did come over to us on 20/05/16, so if BT are still charging you I'd have to guess they maybe haven't closed your account as they should have.
It would be best to give them a call to ensure they stop charging you and issue a refund for the time they've been charging following 20/05/16.
