Still getting billed after moving?

Hi,
Hoping someone from plusnet will pick this up and sort it out as calling doesn't seem to get very far.
I moved to BT at the end of December but still got hit with a bill and subsequent direct debit payment for Unlimted Fibre on the 3rd January. I called customer services and they were going to get billing to call me but nobody did.
Can anyone explain what's going on and more importantly, fix it?

Hi Stephen,
I'm really sorry about that, it looks like the phone went but no migration request was received for the fibre so we just carried on until the takeover, during which time an invoice was raised.  I have now refunded it for you which can take up to ten days to hit your bank account and can confirm that the account is closed.  Apologies for the confusion and if you've any further questions or difficulties just give us a shout.

I have received e-mails to this effect so it all looks good now.
