Still billed for broadband after migration

Have recently moved too other supplier ,paid cancellation charges and now being billed for broadband which I don't have

Good morning @blackmair.

I've had a look, and you're absolutely right. I'll wait for the payment which is going through to clear then refund that back to you and officially close the account so you are not billed any further by ourselves. Hope this helps clear up the situation for you.

A Spokesperson for Plusnet told ISPreview.co.uk:

“We would like to apologise to our customers. This is a historic issue of a very small number of our customers being overcharged. We reported it to Ofcom and contacted all affected customers so we could arrange a full refund, before the investigation had begun. A number of new robust measures have been implemented to prevent this from happening again.”

Perhaps someone needs to tell OFCOM it is still happening!
