I cancelled my account with plusnet but I'm still being charged for broadband. Help!

Hi Jarr,
Sorry about that - we'll definitely need to refund you but unfortunately the DD transaction is still going through at present - as soon as that's complete I'll refund you that (from checking your account I believe that's the only amount outstanding as the rest was all sorted when you called up to let us know) and cancel the account for you. It'll likely be next week unfortunately as it's being taken by direct debit but as soon as it's possible to refund you we'll do so.

I have stopped my direct debit and getting emails saying i haven't paid?? I have left haven't I?
