Still being charged for fibre after cancelling

Hi

 

I moved provider to NowTv on 9th January, i've just received a bill today for fibre £15.99?!? 

 

 

1 Balance brought forward 1 Unlimited Fibre
1 Payment

16/02/20 23/01/20

15/03/20 23/01/20

£13.02

£15.99 -£13.02

Total £15.99

 

Please help sort this out, i dont want to have to cancel the direct debit and then have to deal with collections etc.

Well guess ill have to sit on the phone in my lunch break tomorrow (which is a nightmare as you can imagine) as I'm getting 0 help here.

 

Kind of glad i left now, so much for 'doing me proud'
