Still being charged after account closed

Hi Plusnet,
I switched over to another provider on the 10th December. You've sent me an invoice for the 11th December to the 10th January. Can you please stop this payment and any future ones? I also have a ticket open; 78500258.

Unfortunately as you didn't tell us you were leaving, we didn't stop any billing. I can see that one of my colleagues has now picked this up and replied to the tickets you've created, we'll be in touch when we've sorted this.

Assuming you are not still in a fixed term contract (e.g. 12 or 18 month contract), see http://www.plus.net/info2/legal/index.html section 42.
