Still being charged 6 weeks after cancellation
Moved house 6 weeks ago, not only did I cancel (and got that in writing - phew!) but someone else took over the phone line with their sky account.
Plusnet have sent me a bill today and I realise they have been charging me for unlimited broadband over the last 6 weeks and plan to continue doing so!
No-one answers the phone. The online support - nothing happens. There's no email address and twitter is helpfully blocked as I'm at work.
How can I get this corrected?
