Switched to another provider on Friday 28/04/2017 but still being billed.
Your account billing has been successful. We have taken 25.82, for the billing period starting on 2017-04-28.
Can somebody take a look please?

I am really sorry to hear this. It looks like this has happened because your service was migrated on your bill date. I've issued you with a full refund now which you should see back on your card within the next 3 to 5 working days.
