Still being billed after leaving



I left Plusnet in January for another provider however last month and this month am still having direct debits taken from my account.


Unable to get hold of anyone at Plusnet twitter/call centre due to coronavirus.


Is there anyway to arrange refunds and stop this bill from being taken from my account.

Ideally I do not want to cancel the direct debit due to potential credit rating consequences.
