I have still not been told when my account will be sorted out. I got Anytime calls added on 10th April, but your system still showing me being charged for calls.
But have now seen on your website that the Plusnet Anytime calls addon was closed some time ago for adding on , so should I have been given it, or should I have been given what appears to be its replacement "Unlimited UK calls and Mobile".
Can I please have some update on when this is going to be sorted. Two previous tickets already been closed over this, so getting less happy with PlusNet.
