Still awaiting Engineer installation date confirmation?

Hi,
My order is scheduled to be complete on the 20th of February as shown in my order tracker. I was told I will receive confirmation on which day the engineer will come. However as of yet I have not received any confirmation a definite day the engineer will be coming to the premises for the installation? I need to know this urgently as I have a job and I cannot afford to be waiting a whole week at home guessing which day he will arrive. Has anyone experienced similar situation or can anyone shed light on how this works?

Hi there,
To confirm an appointment has been booked for the 19th (between 8am and 1pm) rather than the 20th.
I hope this is OK and sorry for the confusion, I'm guessing by the way that stems from SN153588775?
