Still Being Charged Market 1 Despite Ofcom Reclassification.

I note that I am still being charged for my broadband at the Market 1 rate despite the Ofcom reclassification earlier this year conforming that I am now in a Market B area. See also https://community.plus.net/t5/Plusnet-Feedback/Market-Area-Anomaly/m-p/1558968#M81992.

Please will you make the necessary adjustments to my monthly bill and refund overcharges from the date of the change.

Hiya @painterpete

I've recently received confirmation that your exchange is market B, so I've now got the market area on your account changed appropriately.

As it appears that this reclassification was published on the 31st July, I've applied a credit on your account to cover the past 2 months of market A charges you've paid to us. This credit should come off your next invoice.

As the difference price between market A and B is £7.50, you should see your next invoice to be £22.50 cheaper, then following that £7.50 cheaper moving forward.

It makes me wonder how many other Plusnet customers are now connected to a reclassified Market B exchange but still paying the Market A surcharge. For example, is @painterpete a single case where this connection has been missed or is every-one connected to this exchange still paying the extra £90 p.a.?
