Start a new contract early ?

Hello,

My current contract ends Feb 2019. Is there any incentive to renew this now rather than wait until Feb 2019 ? This is for Broadband and line rental..

Your best option would be to ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 selecting option 1 then option 2 (If you are thinking of leaving) to negotiate a new contract.

As per the recommendation from @Mav I'd speak to CoT to discuss as there's likely something that can be done for you. 

 

Just to add their opening times are:

 

Opening Times:
08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday
09:00 - 19:00 Saturday
09:00 - 18:00 Sundays 

 

You can also try the Live Chat, though this will show as unavailable when there's a set amount of customers in the queue. Or you can PM one of the online staff members with your contact details and the best time to call and we can get one of the Options team to give you a bell.

Thanks, renewed for another 18 months. Honoured my current deal (which I'm happy with)...
