I have just had a very unsatisfactory converstion with CS in billing regarding random spurious charges to my card (although I use DD)
The solution - write a letter and tell us the problem! Not a very proactive response I have to say.
This issue has happened on my account in the deep and distant past and to find it happening again I am not too pleased to say the least.
