Specified Direct Debit Date

Hi All
Just signed up to your services, transferring phone and fibre service from Sky.
Excellent value it seems!!
I have paid my initial first payment via c/c and completed the d/d mandate.
Can I please have the d/d taken out on a specific date, ie payday. (25th)
So much easier with all d/d's going out that day, and saves any banking issues.

ive just ordered the fibre unlimited only last night and prior to my making payment.  this is the exact question I made with the online chat system. Someone called Elizabeth.   
I asked can I change my direct debit date.  she answered yes.    so I made my payment and proceeded with the order.   
now im learning that that date cant be changed?   
if someone can advise quickly.  if it can. ill continue with the order. if not then I want it cancelled and refunded back to my card

We usually can't change billing dates at all I'm afraid. However as you've signed up on the strength of that I'll do my best to find a work around for you.
Leave that with me for now and I'll get back to you as soon as I can with an update, I'm assuming you'd prefer the billing date as the 1st of each month?
