Hi
Think this needs input from a member of staff (please)?
I'm moving to an LLU provider and had the email from Plusnet to say sorry my landline service is moving but they haven't received notice of broadband
However:
- it says there's an early termination charge of £3.62 - I have paid line rental (under LRS) and broadband charges to 21/8 which is the end of my minimum term so surely there shouldn't be an early termination charge?
- given I'm moving to LLU, broadband must be going too, so why doesn't the leaving email reflect this?

Now resolved though I had to wait over an hour on chat. Seems to be worse than ever.

Hi there,
I can see we've arranged to close your account once your service migrates away. Since you're moving to an LLU provider, it's likely the cessation fee of £30 will be applicable. We'll work that out once the line has been transferred.
