Sorry to interrupt your browsing... ?????

I pay my bill by direct debit and the money left my bank account this morning.
I've just restarted my router and when I tried to do a BT speed test I got the attached message.
It seems the only sites I can browse to are Plusnet ones.
I don't understand. Please help.  Sad

Hi MrT,
Hi, don't worry, your account is ok. Just power down your router for a couple of minutes and that should clear that.

Re: Sorry to interrupt your browsing... ?????

Me too – last payment cleared 14 days ago, nothing outstanding, yet put to the trouble of calling PN and being put on hold for some minutes – while listening to messages about how good their service is and how I could find answers to all sorts of other, irrelevant, questions in the help pages.
The rep I finally spoke to told me PN have only known about this for a couple of days – from the dates in this thread that is clearly untrue –, and that it is not listed on the Service Status pages.
Really quite annoying!

even more annoying when you can't log into a conference call for work because of it happening for the forth time after the magic "reset your router and we won't bother to do anything" trick...

Maybe OT? Maybe WIP?
Communication between BT and Plusnet leaves a bit to be desired.

(ps I'm on the cheap value package for what it's worth - but that's an entirely different point in question)
