Sorry an error occurred while processing your request

HI,
I'm trying to upgrade my product from plusnet unlimited to unlimited fibre extra since it seems our cabinet is finally ready. I've been through all the" product change" steps but when I get to the final step to setup the direct debit (well actually it will use the existing one and change the amount) I get the following:
    Error
    Sorry, An error occurred whilst processing your request.
    The error has been recorded and our website team will investigate. Please try again later.
Can you tell me if this has worked or what? I've already entered in my CC details to pay for the router so don't want to go through it all again and end up with extra routers etc
What would you suggest I do please?
update 15/12 - I can see the router has been ordered so can someone from Plusnet please tell me if my upgrade has been actioned? Will I get an engineer visit or a self install? How about billing - has my direct debit changed?
