Solus vs Dual Play - correct definition

Hi

I need exact definitions for 'package customer type':

1. Solus

2. Dual Play

as they are used at Plusent customer services and computer systems please.

The advice for the latter , 2, Dual play is conflicted. I'm getting it means 'Phone and Broadband' but also 'Broadband and Line rental saver'. I need to know exactly what it means to customer service staff.

Do Plusent staff manage these forums ?

Thanks

snaz

Re: Solus vs Dual Play - correct definition

Thanks for getting in touch @snaz

Solus refers to customers who just have broadband with ourselves

Dual-play refers to customers who have both landline and broadband with us.

I've responded to your ticket regarding the other points you've raised.
