So We have moved and had to cancel However can't get hold of Customer Services

So we have moved and the house is being renovated so cancelled Plusnet, however they took out the DD so we phoned and asked for a refund. No problem.

 

They are sending the cheque????!!! to our old address?????? 

 

We can't get hold of anyone. Can anyone help as they have closed our account so cant log on to register the issue.

Thanks for reaching out to us here and apologies for the mix-up with your cheque refund.

I've checked over the account and can see that you've confirmed the new address details via a support ticket and this ticket has been sent across to the right team to work. As you can imagine with the current climate our teams are working on essential jobs & vulnerable customers so our timescales are a bit pushed back - please get back in touch with us on Friday should you not have had any more info in that time.
