I referred a friend who was fed up with AOL.
She had endless trouble getting the MAC code from AOL but eventually succeeded and signed up with Plusnet on Monday, October 20.
Since then nothing seems to have happened.
She checks the order tracker each day but nothing is marked and Plusnet have taken no money.
Is this slow start normal?
I am beginning to feel embarassed for having referred her to Plusnet.

Do you know what payment option she selected?
If you select Direct Debit only, this can cause delays as we have to wait for the Direct Debit instruction to be set up between our banks first, before placing the order.

I believe she provided a debit card for the initial charges and direct debit for the ongoing charges
