I want to change the address on my account very slightly (not moving) - just a number 7 to a number 8.
Can I do this without having to call in?
In my account settings it's an uneditable field.
I think that the address on an account should match where the services are provided at on Openreach’s systems which in turn matches Royal Mail’s database.
If your address has changed with Royal Mail from number 7 to 8 then Plusnet will need to check Openreach’s side, updating that first through an ORDI if needed then update your account.
