Slammed by Plusnet??
On 24 Dec line and broadband terminated. Have spoken to perhaps 10 different people and nobody seems able to offer me a satisfactory resolution - not even able to confirm that I will get my number of 36 years back.
Suggested BT slammed me, but BT insist it must have been done by Plusnet as they held my phone account.

I am really sorry for the issues you have had with your service and the for the fact your service has been incorrectly taken over. I can see the open complaint ticket has been picked up by your case handler who will be in touch with you in due course to try and bring this matter to a resolution.
