Six weeks - no £50 cashback

As above still waiting for £50 cashback after six weeks. When can it be expected to arrive? Think cashback form should be changed to reflect actual waiting time.

Unfortunately the redemption forms for cashback cheques will have been completed before the unforeseen delays occurred.
