Signup strangeness?

Hi all
Didnt quite know where to post this, however this will do as its to do with the signup process...
Just trying to sign up a friend  and if you view the attachment, the top right window "live chat" actually takes you to a BT livechat, with BT Business...
Is this normal / correct? seems odd that after starting the sign up process, that you let people take advice from BT...?

Ahh, so its becaues i'd been poking around on packages on BT's site too?
If thats the case, i think one of the web devs should fix that so it *only* goes to a PN chat, afterall anyone signing up will be shopping around for the best deal and wont clear cookies prior to doing so..?
