Signing a new contract while the current one has not ended

Hi, I'm very new here and I would love to get some helps with my question.

So, my contract will end at the beginning of January 2022. However, today I came across Plusnet Black Friday offers and found a better deal than the one that I currently have. Is it ok for me to purchase a new deal while my contract has not ended? And do I need to pay any extra fee for doing so?

Thank you in advance! Smiley

@cudit

Hi. You can take out a new replacement contract up to 3 months before your present one is due to end.

Hey @daveplus

Welcome to our Community Forums. The post above is correct, it's just worth making sure that the deals you're seeing are for existing customers as well, as these usually differ from those offered to new customers. Smiley
