I recently too advantage of renewing with PluSnet after they sent me an email saying I could renew for a further 18 months at 27.99 a month fixed.
I clicked the link in the email, followed the renewal procedure and have now received a confirmation email stating that I'll be charged 32.99 a month!
"We'll do you proud"..."We'll rip you off" more like!
Please fix this, as I was teetering on going with another provider at the end of April, and this has almost driven me to it.
