Sick of failed billing issue please fix asap

I have this failed billing issue, AGAIN and get get this issue sorted, direct debit doesn't go out till the 10th I havnt even had the 2 week acknowledgement. Can someone please for the love of God sort this? I can't even get in my account to live chat, pay the bill or anything. This is the only way I can speak to you.
