Well it seems that Plusnet has shot themselves in the foot.
How can I send an email message regarding the account renewal issues please ?
I cannot live chat any more , or it seems raise a ticket and I do not have social media .. although a friend sent a message to Plusnet and got a robot reply which said look on the site . The account is completely messed up .. oh I forgot to mention the account holder is totally deaf and late 80,s so cannot really use the phone !!!
