Re: Service restricted before 14 day period.
I can assure you the accounts are not restricted before day 14, however a browsing interruption does occur on day 1, 5 and 10 where it will remind you that a bill is outstanding.
Normally it will give you an option to acknowledged the late payment and continue browsing, but we are aware that there are some accounts that are experiencing an issue with this and we have to manually remove the interruption for them.
I believe this is the case for you and I have changed some settings on the account which will let you continue browsing.
