Sent a demand for termination of contract payment

Hi

In these troubling times, it's nice to receive a demand from Plusnet for £121.59 for early termination of my contract, when I have an email dated 1102/20, that states I can leave without any penalty. You really need to sort out your admin!!!

Did you tell PN that you wanted to leave under that or did you just transfer?
If you're leaving because of the price rise you need to inform them first.

I told them and even received a refund for an outstanding payments !!!!

I suppose I have to worry when you guys keep hitting the billing button and send the Bailiffs in!!! Wonder why I moved suppliers
