Seemed to have lost days

Renewed contact for BB and calls after a reminder it was to expire on 29/11/20. Confirmation arrived but l admit , did not read it that closely. Only just noticed that it seems to say that  new contract is from 2/11/20, where did the 27 days go?

Time is passing quick enough for me already, without losing more days 🙄

Anyone have an idea what happened

Stay safe

J

I assume that 2/11/20 is your next normal billing date after you renewed. Contract changes operate from the next billing data so if you wanted to keep the contract end date the same you should not have renewed before 3/11/20.

Re: Seemed to have lost days

Hello Baldrick 1

It does seem our old contract was billed on the 2nd of the month. We renewed on the 6th but in fairness, l was told the new contract would follow on from the old with all existing options staying in place.

Thanks for the message

@johnb8

I know, it's confusing.

In retrospect 'following on from an existing contract' with a changeover at the next billing date is logical. There is obviously a difference beween following on from an existing contract and following on from the end of an existing contract that isn't immediately obvious.
